The existing individual IV search could still be helpful when adding it to this, such as if someone wants to use a power item to guarantee a specific stat or if they want to make sure the IV is in the right place, like making sure a 5IV Feraligatr isn't lacking in it's attack stat.

On the other hand, if you have a lot of Pokémon you don't want or need, a 0IV filter would be beneficial as it would tell you what to release first, or if you're in the middle of breeding a specific Pokémon, you could weed out all the lower IV mons that you've hatched if they're all over the place.

It may also help with organizing your PC, so that all similar IVs, such as 6IV Pokémon, could be grouped together for breeding and battling purposes.
