Changes to evolution stone armors.

1: include a little bit of text in their tooltips that mentions the full set bonuses.
I.E. Fire stone Helmet
Full Set Bonus: Fire Resistance
2: Allow players to combine Safety Goggles with any Evo Stone helmet so the fog-dispelling effect doesn't impact the full set bonuses you can have.
