It'd be neat to be able to have more kinds of materials to coat a Pokémon in with the chisel, such as a Temple/Sandstone colour, matching the temple blocks and sandstone, Granite and Diorite inspired alternate stones, a grassy texture (for mossy statues), and a leafy texture (inspired roughly by hedges/topiaries)

I agree. This would be very cool and quite useful for builds. Builders can make the statues match the buildings better with the extra textures. Additionally, some of the existing chisel palettes don't quite fit all the Pokemon very well, so more options would be very appreciated.
