The way timed loot currently works we can't set it lower than 1 hour.
I tried setting timed loot to 0.2 because that would equal 20 minutes.
However, it defaults back to 24h when you do that.
I think changing "timedLootReuseHours=24" to "timedLootReuseMins=1440"
would be good.
