Pixelmon Mod

It is clear to most competitive players that the Dynamax mechanic is broken beyond belief. Smogon has already banned it from basically every one of their competitive formats, which many Pixelmon communities use for their competitive events. Given this, it would be nice to have a clause to forcibly disable Dynamax and Gigantamax in the battle rules screen.

This was actually intended for 8.1, but didn't make the cut. It'll be in next release :)
