I suggest that the spawn of Tornadus and Thundurus be only with rain boosted again
And I also think that Magearna should be crafted, like Porygon, but that the necessary materials be complicated

I agree with your point on the rain legends. Since the change making them no longer require rain, they're the most common spawning legends on my game haha.

Tornadus and Thunderus have been fixed for next update.
