Pixelmon Mod

Currently, the pokedex only tells you stuff about the pokemon that you caught, but in the anime, the Pokedex could be used to get information on a Pokemon even if you didn't catch it yet. This should be fixed so that you can view data on a Pokemon without having to catch it.

You can use the Pokédex hotkey on wilds and it will unlock them as "seen". Not a full entry, because you don't own it and only had a glance, but you still get spawn info and all that.

what do you mean "and all that." I'm pretty sure that the pokedex doesn't record anything on pokemon you didn't catch. At least make it so that it will tell you the description of pokemon you didn't catch.

The original games don't do that, so I don't think we will.
