Pixelmon Mod

Hello, I'm Snoot. Don't get me wrong I like the idea of changing the villagers into the towns people from pokemon to set the pixelmon mood, but I want another mod that changes the villagers. And the pixelmon villagers keep overwriting this other mod (MCA), so I was wondering if you can add a feature to toggle the villagers on and off. Or if there's a command/code to put in to change that. Thank you.
