"if a Pokémon with this Ability is leading the party (even if fainted), there is a 50% chance that wild Pokémon encountered will have the same Nature as the Pokémon with Synchronize" - Bulbapedia.

I think this feature in the mod will nice addition as it will make players find Pokémon more faster specially Pokémon that needs its hidden abilities.

#176438 This doesn't work in the context of Pixelmon, as Pokémon spawn naturally before any player encounters them. Changing the Nature on the fly makes no sense, and can also be abused by repeatedly running away from the Pokémon.

#176442 Alright, I didn't know much on the spawning side of the mod, but the only time you can tell what nature the Pokemon has is when you have captured the pokemon, Synchronize is not like the ability Trace which that tells you ability, only when a pokemon with Trace enters a battle.

#176444 It's more than that. Regardless of whether you know the Pokémon's Nature, you still have a higher chance of getting the Nature you want if you run away and reroll Synchronize. Merely one encounter out of all your tries needs to successfully trigger Synchronize's effect.

#176514 Maybe have a variant where every Pokemon that spawns close to the player has a 20(?)% chance to be affected by Synchronize. That way you have a higher chance to encounter one with the same nature, but nothing changes after the Pokemon is spawned in.
