Its a really amazing server, it's survival but there are really kind mods, admins, and players. They will gladly share resources fix your problems. I honestly been waited for this server to go back up and now I won't get off. Just skip the hw.
The server is owned by Kidpure6 plz ask him questions if needed.
U will need custom npcs.
Gym spots r open since reboot in a way. No elite 4 till more players or gym leaders I believe get on.
If u r a old player get back on. On the first day on this server I caught a mew, red boss gastly and dratini, me lucky, but anyway the server has great spawn and ram. The locked post of this under server archives has some info such as website link.
