You keep all your information on your server and when they switch they get their files from the other server. Its more or less just a way to link the community to one ip. And what do you mean why not offline. You want it cracked? Its very dangerous to do that here that would mess everything up . You could keep your server cracked but those players would have to connect to your ip and no ours.

No. You connect to the Proxy IP which directs you to the HUB server. After that there are portals to all the servers on the HUB. It's like if you have ever played MineZ on the Shotbow Network.

You spawn in the lobby and go right click on a sign, which takes you to another server. That's what we are recreating here.
