I just tried that. I still have the exact same problem.
Well, I know I had that problem, what I had to do was delete my CustomNPCs and install it again. Some people have to keep doing it a few times. If that doesn't work I will give you my skype info so we can talk on there a bit easier, if you wouldn't mind that.
