You have not made this fix. You have made it loads worse there is about 10 times more polys then when I gave you that feedback. Look at some approved pokemon for the gist of how many polys they use. Below is the approved Drillbur with the wire fame shown so you can see its polys. The mouth of your model has probably more polygons then all of drillbur!

#150966 A triangular vertex is not a thing. A vertex is a point that connects edges, typically three ore more. Every face counts as a poly but the true poly count when added in the game is equal to the poly count when the model is triangulated (all faces are converted into triangles). You simply need far far far less faces, vertices and edges in your models.
