It's a good start, But I can't help but feel that the arm seems a little short...

Also maybe have the body a little longer, seems a little short.

Try not to worry too much about how big you make it, it can always be coded to be smaller.

The arm is supposed to be about the length of the body

I'll try lengthening the body and arm

Hey, it turns out that my model so far is backwards AND it doesn't really touch the block/isn't centered at all...
Is there a way to move all of the pieces all together? And to mirror/flip them?

Nope, Either move them all to the right place or start again (starting again may be easier)

Also, if you remake them and such, make the arms in a neutral position (thus, going vertical not shooting straight at 90 degrees)
