Here is my Phanpy model and texture for approval. I have his model saved as Phanpy.Java and the textures saved under Phanpy.png and ShinyPhanpy.png

Make it in maya or blender. To get a model that looks good enough in techne requires an incredible amount of skill and the pain of using that software hardly makes it worth it
