I don't see anything that needs more work except the back part needs filling up, which you'll do later
The eye texture first fooled me into thinking it's a sphere, great job!

Thanks for all your feedback though, and yes, i'll add the back later, i looked at the bulbapedia and you are right never knew that.

Just want to make sure, is the back of unown's eye covered? It should be curved outwards slightly, if I remember correctly.
