His beak seems a little pointy... Lugia has more of a domed head/beak with a nice round curve to it. Yours is kind of sharp.

that lugia is looking great so far. is but the head looks a little too point. try to flatten it out a bit. but other wise good job. i wish i could at least know how to use techne moddelor (is that what it is called)
