The rings not finished on the head. Other than that it looks great!

It's too tall, the arms are not cute and stubby like a teddiursa, the legs/feet also need to be stubbier and rounder. The entire thing needs to be rounded. Make it a larger size(it can be scaled by others later to the correct dimensions), use rotated blocks and stair stepping techniques to make it look round and cuddly. And HD texture it when you make a good model.

you should take a look at my guide to sexy textures, this model just about breaks every rule i made. XD
