It looks like the eyes and legs are black because the normals are backwards, but it does look like he just colored the mesh...
Then again I'm not the one to critique modelling, since I don't know much about it myself. I usually just stick to the appearances of the pokemon >.>

also the eyes dont need to be separate pieces, you can just put them on when the texture is made, so just focus on the shape of the pokemon and not so much the details
keep in mind though, that since natu is a bird pokemon, you might need to model a separate set of wings for flying mode
Should the talons be narrower at the end then at the body part?
Or are they okay now?
I could reduce the polygons at wings and beak more, but the beak would look like a nose then in my opinion.
Also, i dont know yet, how to texture it, because this is my first pixelon model
