Some pokemon don't evolve to their alola hisuian and galarian form new

Ticket description:
This only happens with the pokemon that need a regional form in the team to evolve like dartrix, cubone, exeggcute, quilava, pikachu.
They only evolve in their normal form, I've tried everything but it still doesn't work
