'/redeem spheal_hat' not working fix completed

Ticket description:
Earlier today I boosted the Sword and Shield Discord server (Owned by Spheal) Pixelbot pinged me with a link to link my account. I linked my account and then a couple hours later, did "!redeem spheal_hat" but it didn't work. I asked Dumb Seal about it and he said to ask Isi, but instead of bothering Isi, I asked in #general_support and someone told me to just wait, and if it didn't work later, to file a ticket. Its been a few hours, no luck.

Never mind, I just realized my Minecraft account wasn't linked, but my Discord is.
