[7.0.7] Server never unloads Player fix completed

Ticket description:
Rep:
Join a server, give yourself some pokemon to force a save on next worldsave.
Leave the server
Do save-all or wait for a world save.

Delete pokemon player data of that player.

Pokemon are still there

Are still there if you rejoin.

Expected behaviour: Player should be unloaded on worldsave or when the player leaves.
Playerdata should be read from disk when the player joins
