[7.0.7] - The Marill line won't spawn fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
This is a repeat of a pervious post of mine, but that post got buried in time and I now have more knowledge about this bug.

Marill and Azumarill won't spawn. In their configs, the condition that states required nearby blocks is set as "water". Since this isn't a block name and there's no category named "water", the contition (probably) returns null and this causes the family to never spawn. In my previous post about this bug, someone (I forgot their username) stated that setting this condition as "minecraft:water" fixes the problem.

Thanks for the report. This has been passed along and should be fixed for the upcoming version.
