I got some eggs from breeding and walked before the new update (ver. 7.06) with my Volcarona with its flame body so the egg would hatch faster, resulting in me hatching an egg in less than one minecraft day. Then I updated the game and tried to hatch some more eggs but it unusually took up more than 3 minecraft days of doing nothing other than walking and fighting pokemon constantly. I wondered what I did wrong, I thought it was a server-side thing that bugged out (sometimes it does). Then I hopped onto a single player world to test it out using the command /eggsteps and realized that it's not tracking correctly or even completely broken and doesn't track at all sometimes, I tried both taking Volcarona out of my party both on the server and in my singleplayer world which doesn't change anything. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? This is a pretty big bug and if anyone knows any temporary fixes please let me know
