As said in the title, all the alola forms of pokemon current use the same stats as their regular forms. For example, alolan ninetales is supposed to have a higher base speed than regular ninetales, but when i copied the ninetales and made it alolan, it had the exact same stats as the regular form. I also tested it with dugtrio, persian, raticate, raichu and exeggutor, which alolan forms should have different stats from its regular counterparts.

Happens on both single player, and in server.
