[7.0.6] Wobbuffet Statue does not have the male/female menu. fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
When in a statue, and presuming-ly other places that use the Wobbu Model, it can only be male.
This is because it does not have the male/female Form menu like other Pokemon.

Here is an image of Frillish's Statue, which has the Form Selector

Wobbuffet's Statue does not have this.
