7.0.6 Magearna shiny and original Pokeball forms unobtainable. unreproducible

Ticket description:
With the 7.0.6 update, Magearna has become unable to be obtained through either the Pokewand or the Pokegive command. When adding the modifiers for Shiny in /pokegive, it just gives the player a normal Magearna.

have tried all 3 things and all worked with no issues
