as much as this could come down to incredibly bad rng, im pretty damn sure it isnt

basically despite trying all of these combinations:

1. male and female frillish
2. male frillish and ditto
3. female frillish and ditto
4. male and female jellicent
5. female or male jellicent and a ditto

i couldnt get a single female frillish egg to be produced. (i did at least 10 eggs from each of these categories checking in this way: https://gyazo.com/dcd09baa4a717a9542b54f541fd486e4 )

not sure what causes this but if it gives any hints as to whats wrong also when /pokespawn -ing frillish unless u specify gender:female in the spawn message they are incapable of spawning female from that either (as in just doing /pokespawn frillish spawns a male 100% of the time) (again unless the 100 or i spawned were all just bad rng...)
if this was like a 1:7 spawn rate thing id assume im just getting unlucky but since the wiki says 50 50 i feel like somethings wrong xD
