unown blocks recipe fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
I have tried to craft unown blocks in game with a picture of an unown and a blank unown block. Just in case I had tried all positions in my inventory and crafting table crafting space. I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but Im pretty sure its supposed to be there, because the blank unown blocks are.
