Gen 7 added the ability for pokeballs to be passed down from the father, yet pixelmon breeding does not pass down pokeballs like it should for gen 7. For example, when I finally found a HA Mareanie, I caught it in a moon ball to be able to differentiate the eggs from other species I've been breeding, yet when breeding it with a ditto the offspring just had a pokeball when ditto pokeball shouldn't affect the pokeball inheritance. Thanks for the report. I think I was able to reproduce this issue (seems to be two separate issues, going by the chart), and have moved this to internal. Was your Pokémon male, by any chance?

Yes it was male, forgot to mention that. Breeding a female with ditto works fine but a male pokemon bred with ditto just has a normal pokéball when it should pass the male's ball on, and breeding a male and female of same species together always just uses female ball instead of 50/50. Currently it's impossible to breed a ball from a male mon onto any future eggs at all.
