I'd suggest removing the "aggresive" Pokemon feature, where they seek a battle with you. It doesn't add challenge to players with high-level Pokemon, it's too challenging to players with low-level Pokemon, and it's a general nuisance.

This server seems great, with the sole exception that the /ivs and /evs plugin was removed, which is deal-breaking to someone like me, who likes to maximize the potential of their Pokemon. Breeding and training are already tedious enough, I see no reason why the use of that plugin should be limited.
