Yup, stuff can spawn in artificially-made areas as long as they consist of the right types of blocks and are the right biome.

The smallest differences generally get skipped -- they bloat out filesize without adding much. Something iconic like that may still be on the table, though. Just not a priority at the moment.

What is your role setup like? Are your players in a role that isn't Default, and if so, does that role have inheritance from Default?

Did you create your world with the BoP world generator? That needs to be selected when creating one, as it'll go with one of vanilla's world generators otherwise.

Have you installed Pixelmon Extras as well? "/wiki" is not a command in the base mod, but comes from that sidemod. You can get it on the old official downloads page: https://www.pixelmonmod.com/downloads.php

If I remember correctly, this issue is caused by specific Minecraft languages. Try setting your language to US English temporarily to see if that makes it pop up. If that is your issue here, it should be fixed in the upcoming release.
