Mega Ring bug fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
The Mega ring will still show even when you're invisible. I have a sash and trainerhat but those don't show so the mega ring shouldn't show either.

Steps to reproduce:
1. have a mega ring
2. drink an invisibility potion
